The hotel was in a good and magnificent location really close to millennium bridge, the quayside where there were lots of great restaurants, and the Gateshead Quayside and Grey Street. Also, The Quayside was placed at a small distance. A microwave oven, central heating, and an iron were available in my penthouse apartment. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my separate bathroom.

Quirky and lovely place with excellent service. Spacious room, extremely comfy bed and exceptionally clean bathroom. The location a short walk to a museum and a gallery was great and lovely. Really enjoyed good area.

The location was great and beautiful: a market and all the major shops were within walking distance.

In our penthouse apartment there was an amazing view of the quayside. Had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator at our disposal. The location of the hotel was central, near bars restaurants and the shop around the corner. Also, we could explore a renovated Victorian mill nearby.

The location turned out to be great and awesome, close to eldon square and Grey's Monument. Went to Nancy's Bordello for drink or two, set relatively near the hotel.

Exceptional view from my decent size and well-appointed room. Location - amazing, short walk to all the shops and restaurants, Quayside bars and restaurants, and Close to Baltic. Also, easy to get to Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art.

The room was new-fashioned and well-appointed, complete with sofa, all the necessary basic equipment. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were available. The hotel had a central location and it was so close to a renovated Victorian mill.

The hotel had a particularly good and perfect position, close to city center.

Facilities were modern clean, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

When we visit Newcastle upon Tyne, like staying here. All in all, it's absolutely great place that has pretty friendly staff on night shift.

Our room was large and en suite with a view over the quayside. The staff were really friendly and exceptional. The hotel had a very central location, a short walk to a museum and a gallery.

Its magnificent, central location was a plus. I stayed here for 1 day and would come here again.

My stay was extra special on business trip. Reasonably sized and well-appointed units with queen-sized bedding, the coveted views, bedrooms, and the staff were efficient. Everything was modern, I liked that.

The setting was excellent here and the staff were accommodating and outstandingly accommodating people on night shift.
